Cal-bred Pair in Chandelier Stakes

ARCADIA, Calif. (Sept. 23, 2015) – California-breds Halo Darlin and Yodelsong are entered in Saturday’s $300,000 Grade I Chandelier Stakes for 2-year-old fillies at Santa Anita.

Halo Darlin is by Lucky Pulpit, out of the Ride the Rails mare Lady Railrider, was bred by owners Mr. & Mrs. Larry Williams and is trained by Mike Puype. She won her lone start Sept. 2 with earnings of $42,000.

Yodelsong is by Thorn Song, out of the Speightstown mare Laugh N Yodel, was bred by owner Heinz Steinmann and is trained by Mike Harrington. She has one win in two starts, earnings of $42,250 and is coming off an eighth in the Sept. 7 Del Mar Juvenile Fillies Turf.
