ARCADIA, Calif. (Oct. 14, 2015) – Stakes winner Singing Kitty and fellow California-bred Majestic Heat are entered in Saturday’s $100,000 Grade III Autumn Miss Stakes for 3-year-old fillies at Santa Anita.
Majestic Heat is by Unusual Heat, out of the Ole mare Chi Chi Nette, was bred by Madeline Auerbach and Barry Abrams, is owned by Auerbach and trained by Richard Mandella. She has two wins in six starts, earnings of $116,494 and is coming off a fourth in a Sept. 5 optional claimer.
Singing Kitty is by Ministers Wild Cat, out of the Unbridled’s Song mare Natural Singer R N, was bred by Tommy Town Thoroughbreds, is owned by Aulds or Jeong and trained by Matthew Chew. She has five wins in 12 starts, earnings of $320,988 and is coming off a win in the Sept. 26 Unzip Me.
