DEL MAR, Calif. (Oct. 29, 2020) – California-bred Margot’s Boy and Rookie Mistake are entered in Sunday’s $75,000 Let It Ride Stakes for 3-year-olds at Del Mar.
Margot’s Boy is by Clubhouse Ride, out of the Creachadoir mare Margot Marchance, was bred by owner Alfred Pais and is trained by Craig Lewis. He has three wins in nine starts, earnings of $172,020 and is coming off a seventh in the Oct. 18 Twilight Derby.
Rookie Mistake is by Square Eddie, out of the General Meeting mare Meetmeinthewoods, was bred by owner Reddam Racing and is trained by Doug O’Neill. He has three wins in 14 starts, earnings of $215,888 and is coming off a third in the Oct. 11 California Flag.
