Princess of Palms Entices Cal-bred Pair

PHOENIX, Ariz. (Feb. 13, 2022) – California-breds Pumpkin Bread and Bali Brava are entered in Friday’s $60,000 Princess of Palms Stakes for 3-year-old fillies at Turf Paradise.

Pumpkin Bread is by English Channel, out of the Kitten’s Joy mare Kittens Trip, was bred by J. Kirk & Judy Robison, is owned by Aimee Rosa and trained by Bart Hone. She won her lone start Feb. 8 when claimed for $12,500 and has earnings of $6,572.

Bali Brava is by Bal a Bali, out of the macho Uno mare Rosa Brava, was bred by Julie Adair-Stack, is owned by Tijuana Racing Stables and trained by Juan Pablo Silva. She has two wins in six starts, earnings of $22,243 and is coming off back-to-back wins.
