ARCADIA, Calif. (Feb. 23, 2022) – Alice Marble is the lone California-bred entered in Saturday’s $75,000 Wishing Well Stakes for fillies and mares at Santa Anita.
Alice Marble is by Grazen, out of the More Than Ready mare Unsung Heroine, was bred by owner Nick Alexander and is trained by Phil D’Amato.
She has three wins in eight starts, earnings of $159,560 and is coming off a second in the Jan. 15 Sunshine Millions Filly & Mare Turf Sprint.
