VANCOUVER, B.C. (June 11, 2022) – Regal Riot, a British Columbian-bred by California stallion Jersey Town, won Saturday’s $50,000 Ross McLeod Stakes for 3-year-old colts and geldings at Hastings Racecourse.
Regal Riot, out of the multiple stakes-winning On Target mare Regal Red, ran the 6 ½ furlongs in 1:17.23 on a fast track and won by a neck at odds of 8-1. He has two wins in four starts and earnings of $38,171.
