SANTA ROSA, Calif. (Aug. 12, 2022) — California-breds Crazy Dreams, Highland Ghost and Stan the Hit Man are entered in Sunday’s $75,000 Robert Dupret Derby at Santa Rosa.
Crazy Dreams is by Gallant Son, out of the Sought After mare Carolina Grande, was bred by Daehling Ranch, is owned by Patrick Brogan and trained by Isidro Tamayo. He has two wins in five starts, earnings of $62,166 and is coming off a July 23 optional claimer.
Highland Ghost is by Shaman Ghost, out of the Include mare Wee Highland Lass, was bred by owner Highland Lass and trained by O.J. Juaregui. He has three wins in 13 starts, earnings of $148,850 and is coming off a second in a June 18 allowance.
Stan the Hot Man is by Stanford, out of the Unusual Heat mare Heat du Jour, was bred by owner Tommy Town Thoroughbreds and was trained by Jonathan Wong. He has one win in four starts, earnings of $32,586 and is coming off a July 29 maiden win.
