LEXINGTON, Ky. (Nov. 10, 2022) – California-bred mare Plane Lucky sold for $110,000 at Thursday’s session of the Keeneland November Sale.
Plane Lucky is by Lucky Pulpit, out of the prolific Kennedy Road mare Jetinwith Kennedy, was bred by David McGlothlin, was consigned by Stuart Morris, agent, for Highclare, Rabanal and Wickes and was purchased by Tracy Farmer.
The 9-year-old Plane Lucky won $151,385 on the track and sold in foal to Maxfield. Her siblings include stakes winners Jet West, Jetinto Houston, Jetin Excess and Triumphant Flight.
