Cal-bred Trio Enters Unzip Me Stakes

ARCADIA, Calif. (Sept. 24, 2024) — California-breds Andiamo Ragazza, Roberta’s Love and Back on Track are entered in Saturday’s $100,000 Unzip Me Stakes, presented by Thoroughbred Aftercare Alliance, for fillies and mares at Santa Anita.

Andiamo Ragazza is by Smiling Tiger, out of the Acclamation mare Ragazza di Vola, was bred by , is owned by breeder Hat Trick Racing, Wachtel and Barber and is trained by Peter Miller. She has two wins in five starts, earnings of $69,340 and is coming off a 10th in a Sept 8 optional claimer.

Roberta’s Love is by Collected, out of the Broken Vow mare West Coast Gal, was bred by Richard Barton Enterprises, is owned by BG Stables or Royalty Stable and is trained by Hector Palma. She has two wins in five starts, earnings of $125,300 and is coming off a seventh in the July 26 Fleet Treat Stakes.

Back on Track is by Prospect Park, out of the Good Journey mare Peg’s Journey, was bred by Carole Fernandez and is owned by trainer Paula Capestro. She has three wins in 12 starts, earnings of $125,605 and is coming off a fifth in the Aug. 31 Torrey Pines.
