SACRAMENTO, Calif. (Sept. 26, 2024) — The California Horse Racing Board meeting that was scheduled for Thursday, October 17, 2024, has been canceled. The two items that were on that agenda will be considered at the next meeting of the Board on November 21 at Cal Expo in Sacramento.
