Oakland Stakes Next for Clovisconnection

PLEASANTON, Calif. (Nov. 6, 2024) –California-bred multiple stakes winner Clovisconnection seeks to add to his resume in Saturday’s $75,000 Oakland Stakes at Golden State Racing at the Alameda County Fairgrounds.

Regal Patriot is by Jersey Town, out of the Michael’s Flyer mare Look to the Sky, was bred by Daehling Ranch and is owned by Rangel, Hector M., Morfin, Gonzalo and trainer Torres, Arnold. He has five wins in eight starts, earnings of $88,248 and is coming off back-to-back allowance wins.

Bob’s Blue Moon is by Richard’s Kid, out of the Good Journey mare Nicolette Charmant, was bred by Rancho San Miguel, is owned by Blue Moon Racing, Ltd., Dietrich, Steve and Halasz, Thomas E. and trained by Steve Sherman. He has four wins in eight starts, earnings of $120,650 and is coming off a 10th in a Sept. 8 optional claimer.

Lmlooknformischief is by Curlin to Mischief, out of the Tizbud mare Just Lookn Again, was bred by West 12 Ranch and is owned by Terri Oyarzun and trainer Faith Taylor. He has four wins in 30 starts, earnings of $174,966 and is coming off a fifth in the Sept. 29 Harris Farms Stakes.

Clovisconnection is by Vronsky, out of the Perfect Mandate mare La Darling, was bred by owners William and Judy Hedrick and is trained by Blaine Wright. He has 10 wins in 16 starts, earnings of $393,300 and is coming off a win in the Sept. 29 Harris Farms Stakes.
