GRAND PRAIRIE, Tex. (June 21, 2025) – Flame McGoon, a registered California-sired son of Stanford, is entered in Saturday’s $125,000 Wasted Tears Stakes for fillies and mares at Lone Star Park.
Flame McGoon is out of the More Than Ready mare Lula Talulla, was bred by Branch Thoroughbreds, is owned by Wiest, Clayton, Wiest, Rick and Wiest, Lana and trained by Robertino Diodoro.
He has six wins in 17 starts, earnings of $215,655 and is coming off a second in the May 26 Ouija Board Distaff Stakes.
