DEL MAR, Calif. (Sept. 4, 2025) – California-breds Oracle of Paradise, Jalisco and Love the Pleasure are entered in Sunday’s $100,000 Grade III Del Mar Juvenile Turf Stakes for 2-year-olds.
Oracle of Paradise is by Goldencents, out of the Pleasantly Perfect mare Lovefromafar, was bred by Premier Thoroughbreds, is owned by Phil Lebherz and trained by Brian Koriner. He is a maiden making his second start with earnings of $16,000.
Jalisco is by Summer Front, out of the Comic Strip mare Lavadia, was bred by Dr. & Mrs. William T. Gray/Gray Farms, is owned by Lomax, Gerry, Coast Racing, Rothblum, Steve and O’Neill, Doug and trained by O’Neill. He has one win in five starts, earnings of $34,600 and is coming off an Aug. 17 maiden claiming win.
Love the Pleasure is by I’ll Have Another, out of the In Excess mare Chexcess, was bred by owner Reddam Racing and is trained by Michael McCarthy. He has one win in three starts, earnings of $57,500 and is coming off an Aug. 3 maiden win.
