VANCOUVER, B.C. (Oct. 18, 2025) – Stormy Blue, a British Columbian-bred son of California stallion Midnight Storm, won Saturday’s $47,000 Fall Classic Handicap at Hastings Racecourse.
Stormy Blue, a 6-year-old gelding out of the Bluegrass Cat mare Bluegrass Gin, has six wins in 24 starts and earnings of $100,817.
He ran the 1 1/8 miles in 1:15.13 on a sloppy track and won by one length at odds of 8-1.
