FRESNO, Calif. (Oct. 12, 2022) – A Man’s Man risks his five-race win streak and fellow California-bred Coalinga Road is also entered in Sunday’s $75,000 Bull Dog Stakes at the Big Fresno Fair.
Coalinga Road is by Quality Road, out of the Johannesburg mare Coco Ecolo, was bred by owner Harris Farms and is trained by Carla Gaines. He has three wins in 15 starts, earnings of $223,600 and is coming off a fourth in a Sept. 10 optional claimer.
A Man’s Man is by Mucho Macho Man, out of the City Zip mare Longing, was bred by Richard Barton Enterprises, is owned by Remmah Racing and trained by Jack Steiner. He has seven wins in 16 starts, earnings of $179,866 and is coming off five consecutive wins.
