VANCOUVER, B.C. (Sept. 10, 2025) – Accidental Genius is the lone California-bred entered in Saturday’s $125,000 Grade III British Columbia Derby for 3-year-olds at Hastings Racecourse.
Accidental Genius is by I’ll Have Another, out of the Square Eddie mare Radish, was bred by Reddam Racing, is owned by Stetson Enterprises and trained by Tim Rycroft.
He has two wins in 13 starts, earnings of $110,179 and is coming off a second in the Aug. 23 Canadian Derby.
