LEXINGTON, Ky. (Sept. 15, 2015) – A California-foaled colt by freshman California stallion Acclamation sold for $200,000 at Tuesday’s session of the Keeneland September Yearling Sale.
The colt is out of the A.P. Indy mare Lucky C. H. and is a half-brother to graded stakes winner and sire Lucky J. H. He was bred by Harris Farms, was consigned by Valkyre Stud, agent for Harris Farms, and was purchased by Calumet Farm.
Acclamation, a son of Unusual Heat, was an Eclipse champion and multiple Grade I winner of $1,958,048, bred by Old English Rancho.
