ARCADIA, Calif. (Mar. 17, 2021) – Multiple graded stakes winner Acclimate is the lone California-bred entered in Saturday’s $100,000 Grade III San Luis Rey Stakes at Santa Anita.
Acclimate is by Acclamation, out of the Boundary mare Know No Bounds, was bred by Old English Rancho, Sal Berumen and Patsy Berumen, is owned by The Ellwood Johnston Trust, Timmy Time Racing or Tevelde and is trained by Phil D’Amato.
He has six wins in 21 starts, earnings of $439,872 and is coming off a second in the Feb. 6 San Marcos.
