LAUREL, Md. (Dec. 8, 2018) – Alwaysmining, a Maryland-bred son of California stallion Stay Thirsty, won Saturday’s $100,000 Maryland Juvenile Futurity for 2-year-olds at Laurel Park.
Alwaysmining is out of the Anees mare What Will Be. He ran the seven furlongs in 1:21.91 and won by 2 ½ lengths at odds of 3-1 in the field of eight.
