ALBANY, Calif. (June 11, 2016) – California stallion Unusual Heat, who scored a progeny triple on the May 29 Gold Rush card at Santa Anita, was represented by three winners on the Saturday card at Golden Gate.
An Unusual Group won a $32,000 claimer in the third race. The mare was bred by Mr. and Mrs. Larry Williams, is owned by Janet Hollendorfer and George Todaro and trained by Jerry Hollendorfer. She is out of the General Meeting mare Gn. Group Meeting.
Hittheroadrunning won a $6,250 claimer in the fifth race. The gelding was bred by Old English Rancho, is owned by Garry Madden & Jonathon Wong and trained by Wong. He is out of the Kennedy Road mare Gravel.
Sizzlin’ Joe won a $16,000 claimer in the ninth race. The gelding was bred by AJM Racing, is owned by Mark Enlow and trained by John Martin. He is out of the Cherokee Run mare Nina’s Delight.
