ARCADIA, Calif. (Sept. 30, 2021) – Stakes winner Bella Vita is the lone California-bred entered in Sunday’s $100,000 Grade III Chillingworth Stakes for fillies and mares at Santa Anita.
Bella Vita is by Bayern, out of the Storm Cat mare Queenie Cat, was bred by Hill ‘n’ Dale Equine Holdings, is owned by Kaleem Shah and is trained by Simon Callaghan.
She has three wins in 11 starts, earnings of $283,722 and is coming off an Aug. 29 optional claiming win.
