EDMONTON, Alberta (June 3, 2023) – Big Hug, an Alberta-bred daughter of California stallion Mr. Big, won Friday’s $50,000 Chariot Chaser Handicap for 3-year-old fillies at Century Mile.
Big Hug is out of the Unusual Heat mare Temeeku and has five wins in six starts with earnings of $129,837.
She ran the six furlongs in 1:11.05 and won by 2 1/2 lengths at odds of 3-2.
