HOBBS, N.M. (Nov. 6, 2013) – California-breds Open Eyed Dream and Warren’s Knockout are entered in Wednesday’s $55,000 Lea County Sprint Stakes at Zia Park.
Open Eyed Dream is by Benchmark, out of the Bertrando mare Angel One, was bred by William Peeples and is owned by trainer Nathan Barrow. He has two wins in four starts, earnings of $15,292 and is coming off an Oct. 20 allowance win.
Warren’s Knockout is by Stormed, out of the Doneraile Court mare Now My Precious, was bred by Benjamin Warren, is owned by Len Schermer and trained by Justin Evans. He has eight wins in 29 starts, earnings of $336,283 and is coming off an Oct. 6 allowance win.
