OCALA, Fla. (June 17, 2014) – A California-bred colt by Artie Schiller sold for $220,000 at Tuesday’s opening session of the Ocala Breeders’ Sales Company’s 2-Year-Olds in Training Sale.
The colt, bred by David Newcomb, was consigned by Eddie Woods, agent, and purchased by Conquest Stables. Out of the unraced Avenue of Flags mare Sookloozy, he was a $95,000 pinhook out of the Barretts October Yearling Sale.
