Cal-bred Trio Enters Manzano Stakes

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (Oct. 7, 2024) – California Thoroughbred Breeders Association January Sale graduate Karaoke Hero and fellow Cal-breds Street Colors and Roadswitcher are entered in Saturday’s $60,000 Manzano Stakes for 2-year-olds at Albuquerque.

Karaoke Hero is by Stay Thirsty, out of the Songandaprayer mare No Tunes, was bred by Terry Lovingier, is owned by Tyson Esquibel and trained by Timothy Gleason. The $2,500 purchase at the CTBA January Sale is a maiden making his second start with earnings of $4,400.

Street Colors is by Mucho Macho Man, out of the Orientate mare Ocean Colors, was bred by Jason Hall & Joe Wheeler, is owned by Juan Zamora and trained by Johnny Singh. He is making his debut.

Roadswitcher is by Bodexpress, out of the Street Sense mare La Strada, was bred by Richard Barton Enterprises, is owned by Edward Sepich Jr. and is trained by Timothy Gleason. He is a maiden making his second start with earnings of $2,200.
