DEL MAR, Calif. (July 25, 2018) – Multiple stakes winner Edwards Going Left and fellow California-breds Tribal Storm and Touching Rainbows are entered in Saturday’s $300,000 Grade I Bing Crosby Stakes at Del Mar.
Tribal Storm is by Papa Clem, out of the Tribal Rule mare Tribal Feathers, was bred by Curt & Lila Lanning, is owned by Scott Herbertson and trained by Ari Herbertson. He has six wins in 18 starts, earnings of $317,049 and is coming off a second in the July 4 Oak Tree Sprint.
Multiple stakes winner Edwards Going Left is by Midnight Lute, out of the Broken Vow mare Dypsy, was bred by Red Baron’s Barn & Vaya Con Suerte, is owned by Hronis Racing and trained by John Sadler. He has seven wins in 12 starts, earnings of $429,390 and is making his first start since a third in the Mar. 10 Triple Bend.
Touching Rainbows is by Aragorn, out of the Gold Case mare Violin Case, was bred by Esembee, is owned by KM Racing or Madaket Stables and is trained by Phil D’Amato. He has six wins in 13 starts, earnings of $230,905 and is coming off a seventh in the June 23 San Carlos.
