DEL MAR, Calif. (July 31, 2024) – Carmelita’s Man, who has won the last two editions of the race, takes on multiple stakes winners None Above the Law and Passarando in Saturday’s $150,000 California Dreamin’ Stakes for Golden State Series-eligibles at Del Mar.
On the Whim is by Acclamation, out of the Maria’s Mon mare Whimsy, was bred by owner Harris Farms and trained by Dean Pederson. He has two wins in six starts, earnings of $79,240 and is coming off a sixth in a June 16 allowance.
