ARCADIA, Calif. (May 18, 2015) — The California Horse Racing Board will conduct its regular monthly meeting this Thursday, May 21, in the Baldwin Terrace Room at Santa Anita Park. The public is encouraged to attend. An audio-only webcast of the meeting can be heard through a link on the CHRB website (webcast).
