SACRAMENTO, Calif. (Oct. 13, 2025) — The California Horse Racing Board will conduct an in-person meeting on Thursday, October 16, 2025, beginning at 9:30 a.m. Note that CHRB meetings in Sacramento will no longer be conducted at Cal Expo. The October 16 meeting will be held at the Department of Consumer Affairs Hearing Room #186 at 1747 North Market Blvd., Sacramento, CA. Also be advised that the date and location for the November meeting also have changed. The CHRB monthly meeting will be conducted on Wednesday, November 19, at the Cannabis Control Appeal Panel Hearing Room suite #330, 400 R Street, Sacramento, CA 95811.
These monthly meetings will be open to the public. Those who wish to provide unsolicited public comment on agenda items will be limited to two minutes. Comments must relate specifically to the agenda item. Note that for agenda item #12, Public Comment on October 16, no further comments will be allowed after thirty minutes.
