SACRAMENTO, Calif. (Jan. 11, 2026) — The California Horse Racing Board will conduct an in-person meeting on Wednesday, January 14, beginning at 9:30 a.m. The meeting will be held at the Cannabis Control Appeals Panel Hearing Room #330 at 400 R Street, Sacramento, CA, 95811.
These monthly meetings will be open to the public. Those who wish to provide unsolicited public comment on agenda items will be limited to two minutes. Comments must relate specifically to the agenda item. Note that for agenda item Public Session #9, public comment will be limited to thirty minutes.
