ARCADIA, Calif. (Jan. 23, 2026) — The California Horse Racing Board will conduct an in-person meeting on Thursday, February 26, beginning 10 a.m. The meeting will be held at the Hilton Hotel at 123 W. Huntington Drive in Arcadia (91007).
CHRB monthly meetings are open to the public. Those who wish to provide unsolicited public comment on the agenda item will be limited to two minutes. Comments must relate specifically to the agenda item.
For those who are unable to attend the meeting, a webcast audio link will be available on the CHRB website via the Media Room link. The agenda will be published no later than February 16, 2026, and meeting materials will be made available prior to the meeting via a link on the CHRB website:
