ARCADIA, Calif. (Feb. 22, 2026) — The California Horse Racing Board will conduct an in-person meeting on Thursday, February 26, beginning 10 a.m. The meeting will be held at the Hilton Hotel at 123 W. Huntington Drive in Arcadia (91007).
CHRB monthly meetings are open to the public. Those who wish to provide unsolicited public comment on the agenda item will be limited to two minutes. Comments must relate specifically to the agenda item. Note that for agenda item Public Session #3, public comment will be limited to thirty minutes.
