DEL MAR, Calif. (Nov. 13, 2017) — The California Horse Racing Board will conduct its regular monthly meeting Thursday (November 16) at the Del Mar Surfside Race Place (simulcast facility) beginning at 9:30 a.m. The public is encouraged to attend. An audio-only webcast of the Board meeting can be heard through a link on the CHRB website (webcast). The Board meeting agenda and supporting package of materials are available on the website.
