DEL MAR, Calif. (Aug. 20, 2019) — The California Horse Racing Board will conduct its regular monthly meeting on Thursday, August 22, at the Del Mar Hilton beginning at 9:30 a.m. The public is encouraged to attend. An audio-only webcast of the meeting can be heard through a link on the CHRB website (webcast). The agenda and package of materials also are available on the website.
