ALBANY, Calif. (Apr. 17, 2016) — The California Horse Racing Board will conduct its regular monthly meeting Thursday, April 21, at Golden Gate Fields in Berkeley, beginning at 10:00 a.m. The public is encouraged to attend. An audio-only webcast of the Board meeting can be heard through a link on the CHRB website (webcast). The meeting agenda and supporting package of materials also are available on the CHRB website.
