ARCADIA, Calif. (Jan. 17, 2018) – Returning from a seven-month layoff, Coniah is the lone California-bred entered in Saturday’s $100,000 Grade III Las Cienegas Stakes for fillies and mares at Santa Anita.
Coniah is by Harlington, out of the Lord At War mare Pretti Woman, was bred by owners James and Tammy McKenney and is trained by Bill Morey.
She has three wins in 19 starts, earnings of $235,365 and is making her first start since a second in the June 18 Desert Stormer.
