Coniah Tries Mizdirection Again

ARCADIA, Calif. (Mar. 22, 2018) – Graded winner Coniah and fellow California-bred Algorhythmic are entered in Sunday’s $75,000 Mizdirection Stakes for fillies and mares at Santa Anita.

Coniah is by Harlington, out of the Lord At War mare Pretti Woman, was bred by owner James or Tammy McKenney and is trained by William Morey. She has four wins in 21 starts, earnings of $315,365 and is coming off a second in the Feb. 18 Las Flores. She was second in this race last year.

Algorhythmic is by Vronsky, out of the Swiss Yodeler mare Thorellen, was bred by Jonny Hilvers, is owned by Richard or Kate Barton and is trained by Michael Machowsky. She has five wins in 15 starts, earnings of $200,310 and is coming off a sixth in the Feb. 24 Wishing Well.
