Cozy Bear is by Commissioner, out of the Unusual Heat mare Gia Is a Bella, was bred by Rising Star Farm, is owned by Deltin Stable and Ed Welsh and is trained by Tim Rycroft.
He has two wins in 10 starts, earnings of $41,417 and is coming off a third in a May 30 optional claimer.
