Spiced Perfection Again Horse of the Year

ARCADIA, Calif. (Jan. 29, 2020) – Spiced Perfection became the first female to repeat as California-bred Horse of the Year, which was announced at the California Thoroughbred Breeders Association Annual Meeting and Awards Dinner at the Sheraton San Gabriel on Tuesday night.
