LEXINGTON, Ky. (Nov. 4, 2014) – California-bred millionaire Halo Dolly sold for $300,000 at Tuesday’s first session of the Keeneland November Breeding Stock Sale.
Halo Dolly, a 6-year-old by Popular, out of the Comic Strip mare Spanish Halo, was bred by Rod and Lorraine Rodriguez, was consigned by Taylor Made Sales, agent, and purchased by Spendthrift Farm.
She won 18 races, including the Grade III Wilshire Handicap, and earned $1,016,466.
