LEXINGTON, Ky. (Oct. 1, 2015) – Hot Ore is the lone California-bred entered in Sunday’s $250,000 Grade III Dixiana Bourbon Stakes for 2-year-ols at Keeneland.
Hot Ore is by Unusual Heat, out of the Tale of the Cat mare Barbara Orr, was bred by owner Mercedes Stables and is trained by Robertino Diodoro.
He has one win in four starts, earnings of $81,600 and is coming off a second in the Sept. 5 Del Mar Juvenile Turf Stakes.
