AGUANA, Calif. (Mar. 14, 2014) — James Street, a multiple graded stakes winner of $637,723 and stakes placed Wolfcamp, winner of $189,148, out of the multiple graded stakes winning mare Bauhauser (ARG), have been retired from racing to stand at Fruitful Acres Farm, providing California breeders a fresh option for their mares.
The sons of El Prado were responsible for eight Grade I winners in 2013. His progeny at stud are led by 2013 Champion Sire, Kitten’s Joy, Medaglia d’Oro (sire of Grade I stakes winners Rachel Alexandra, Marketing Mix and Violence ) and Artie Schiller, sire of recent Grade II San Antonio Stakes winner Blingo.
James Street will stand for $10,000 and Wolfcamp for $3,000.
