ARCADIA, Calif. (Apr. 2, 2014) — Kukaluka is the lone California-bred entered in Saturday’s $150,000 Grade III Providencia Stakes for 3-year-old fillies at Santa Anita.
Kukaluka is by Comic Strip, out of the Roar mare Ms. Booty, was bred by Mr. and Mrs. William T. Gray, is owned by Wachtel Stable and Gary Barber and is trained by Peter Miller.
She has one win in six starts, earnings of $36,464 and is coming off a fifth in a Mar. 13 allowance.
