DEL MAR, Calif. (Aug. 14, 2016) – California-breds Lost Bus and Coniah are entered in Wednesday’s $100,000 Grade III Rancho Bernardo Handicap for fillies and mares at Del Mar.
Lost Bus is by Bring the Heat, out of the Stravinsky mare Frysland, was bred by John Haagsma & Wesley Ward, is owned by Terry Lovingier and trained by Gary Sherlock. She has five wins in 15 starts, earnings of $410,818 and is coming off a win in the July 4 Spring Fever.
Coniah is by Harlington, out of the Lord At War mare Pretti Woman, was bred by owners James and Tammy McKinney and is trained by Bill Morey. She has two wins in nine starts, earnings of $57,820 and is coming off a second in the July 23 California Governor’s Cup Handicap.
