ARCADIA, Calif. (Oct. 21, 2025) – Mining District is the lone California-bred in a field of four entered in Saturday’s $85,000 Tokyo City Cup Stakes at Santa Anita.
Mining District is by Accelerate, out of the Good Journey mare Susan B Good, was bred by owner Ed Delaney and is trained by Doug O’Neill.
He has two wins in 14 starts, earnings of $108,076 and is coming off a third in an Oct. 11 optional claimer.
