SHAKOPEE, Minn. (June 16, 2021) – Northern California Yearling Sale graduate Minister of Soul is the lone California-bred entered in Wednesday’s $100,000 Dark Star Turf Sprint at Canterbury Park.
Minister of Soul is by Ministers Wild Cat, out of the Bernstein mare Sensitive Soul, was bred by Dahlberg Farms and is owned by trainer Esteban Martinez.
The $16,000 purchase at the Northern California Yearling Sale has nine wins in 29 starts, earnings of $249,988 and is coming off a sixth in the May 27 Honor the Hero.
