LEXINGTON, Ky. (Oct. 3, 2018) – Graded winner Miss Sunset would become the newest California-bred millionaire if she wins Saturday’s $250,000 Grade II Thoroughbred Club of America Stakes for fillies and mares at Keeneland.
Miss Sunset is by Into Mischief, out of the Trippi mare Tuscan Sunset, was bred by Premier Thoroughbreds & Alan Klein, is owned by Klein and Philip Lebherz and trained by Jeff Bonde.
She has 10 wins in 18 starts, earnings of $879,395 and is coming off a win in the Sept. 3 C.E.R.F. Stakes. She won the Grade II Lexus Raven Run Stakes at Keeneland last year after a win in the C.E.R.F. Stakes.
