CANOVANAS, Puerto Rico (Mar. 5, 2026) – My First Legacy, a Kentucky-bred daughter of California stallion Midnight Storm, won Sunday’s $43,200 Clasico Defensora Stakes for 3-year-old fillies at Camarero Racecourse.
My First Legacy, out of the Indian Charlie mare Naughty Matilda, has four wins in eight starts with earnings of $70,726.
She ran the 1 1/16 miles in 1:48.39 and won by 1 ½ lengths at odds of 5-2.
