PLEASANTON, Calif. (June 30, 2018) – Albany Stakes winner My Friend Emma and fellow California-bred Tribal Storm are entered in Wednesday’s $50,000 Oak Tree Sprint at the Oak Tree at Pleasanton meet.
My Friend Emma is by Tannersmyman, out of the Artax mare Ma Ka Bet, was bred by Jim Eaton, is owned by Candelario Barragan or Jocelyn Robles and trained by Rhoda March. He has eight wins in 20 starts, earnings of $268,108 and is coming off a win in the June 9 Albany. He was ninth in this race two years ago.
Tribal Storm is by Papa Clem, out of the Tribal Rule mare Tribal Feathers, was bred by Curt & Lila Lanning, is owned by Scott Herberson and trained by Ari Herbertson. He has six wins in 17 starts, earnings of $304,049 and is coming off a second in the June 9 Albany.
