ALBANY, Calif. (Apr. 25, 2021) – None Above the Law rallied wide and pulled away to win Sunday’s $77,700 Silky Sullivan Stakes for Golden State Series eligible 3-year-olds at Golden Gate.
None Above the Law is by Karakontie, out of the Northern Afleet mare Legally Blanca, was bred by J. Kirk & Judy Robison, is owned by Downstream Racing and was trained by Peter Miller.
He has three wins in nine starts, earnings of $131,060 and was coming off a sixth in the Apr. 3 Echo Eddie. He ran the mile in 1:36.75 at odds of 3-1.
Seattle Bold was second and Top Harbor third in the field of 11. The race, originally drawn for the turf, was run on the all-weather track.
